No spoilers I promise!

Not in Love by Ali Hazelwood
This book was an impulse buy at the register because I love Ali Hazelwood and man covers can just get me. This takes place in Austin which was just odd to me because I know all the places she referred to. But our main man is hot, our main girl is hella smart (Hazelwood’s specialty), and this was all around a fun read.
Threshing Day by Rebecca Yaros
Loved loved loved this! IYKYK this is not Book Four but specified as Book 3.5 and basically took the edge off of my Emperyan need. All of the stories were wonderful. Liam’s made me cry obviously but my favorites were Garrick and Imogen’s – ahhhh these together had me screaming in my head. But my favorite was Sloane’s. It made me cry and smile and OMFG DAIN’s appearance had me screaming out loud! Will probably reread sooner rather than later. If you’re just starting this series, go in order, because this book contains spoilers.
Assistant/Apprentice/Accomplice/Adversary to the Villain by Hannah Nicole Maehrer
Assistant – so cute and fun. It’s a mashup of period romance but with a current flair. It kept throwing me when she was referring to an HR dept but they’re in a castle and in corsets. Once your brain wraps around the mashup you have fun with the story! These are referred to as a Fantasy Romantic Comedy and that’s a great description.
Apprentice – a great second book, still fun, still fulling in the book!
Accomplice – the third book started to drift for me but honestly I can’t tell if it was because I was reading at night and was tired or if it was the book. Either way I was still happy to pick up the next one!
Adversary – I’ll admit I got a little bored during this one. Things just kept happening ‘oh no this problem happened, we need to go here or see this person,’ but the ending has me excited to read the final book!
