You know I love a good tweed suit – exhibit A and B – and so when I saw this one, in my favoured navy, I had to snap it up.
I love the big buttons, faux of course, and the sailor inspired look of it. I saw a red version of this suit over the holidays and I’m kicking myself for not grabbing it. I actually got the skirt but the blazer was sold out. I think I might might have found a similar one so I ordered it and I’m crossing my fingers when it comes in they match. It might be a pipe dream but man am I dreaming.

The thing I love about tweed suits is that together they obviously look great but when you pair the pieces separately they, like all suit separates look good, but the tweed gives them an interesting factor that regular wool or cotton blend separates don’t. They raise your outfit a notch.
