I’m always on the look out for tops that would be good for spring and summer (hello Texas summer temps) and that don’t need a blazer. Just so you know you can also toss a blazer over this blouse and have a fun print for a suit. The smaller ruffle sleeve doesn’t bunch when I added a blazer over it so moving your arms isn’t a problem like other blouses with large ruffle sleeves.
