Now obviously if you’re here you know we’re styling wide leg pants for work – picking the right wide leg cut is one of the MOST important things in styling these pants. I like to accentuate the waist as much as possible because you want to make sure you accentuate or create dimension in the outfit. So look for pants that sit at or right under your waist, rather than at your hips.
I suggest making sure your top half is more fitted or is nipped at the waist – the everything is baggy style might work for the weekend but the slouchy look does not work at the work place. Stick to tanks with blazers or fitted sweaters, or even blouses that you can simply tuck in. Make sure you have the difference between the wide leg and the fitted top.
