Do I feel like a grandpa when I am styling loafers at the office? Yeah sometimes I do, but dang I love it. I think loafers have gotten more and more mainstream over the past few years – points for grandpas right?
Honestly it’s rare for me to grab a pair of loafers for workwear, not because it’s difficult to style them but because when you are styling loafers at the office it makes your outfit more casual. You could be in a suit but if you choose loafers instead of heels it’s drops your workwear from business professional to business casual or smart casual.

These are the loafers I have in two colors and they just came out in a pink tweed that is frankly screaming my name. I don’t know why but they are seriously telling me I need to buy them… TM if you’re reading this, when they come to the house just know they were needed.
The next time you want to grab a pair of heels think about switching them up with loafers. You can not only pair them with slacks but they also go great with skirts or dresses too! Styling loafers at the office doesn’t work with every dress or skirt but it does give the outfit a different vibe – honestly, it’s a chic vibe and I love it.
