*insert all the lyrics about blue here – suede shoes, da bah dee, etc* I have been spotting blue everywhere in stores lately and I am here for it! I think blue workwear looks good on everyone so I’m psyched for everyone around me to look amazing. I am an equal opportunity look amazing person – it’s a thing, trust me.
I found this dress and loved it, the cut and flip of the skirt, the neckline, and the COLOR. I also appreciated the seam at the waist, it really makes your legs look long because it breaks up the dress in thirds. Love at first scroll. I was also sold hook line and sinker on the jacket. I love the tweed and how it doesn’t have a collar; I always think that adds a little something to a jacket. It makes it very different from your usual blazer. I had to calibrate my daily workwear because I wanted to wear it multiple times this week.. but I told myself pace yourself Katherine and give it a few days at least!

I’m kicking myself for selling a few blue workwear blouses last year on my Closet Sale – kicking myself I tell you! I hope if you got them then you are pulling them out now. I love how the blues match navy and black, it’s a really versatile color. I went with black in this outfit because the tweed in the jacket is black.
