Have you ever wanted to sneak a peek into someone else’s Amazon account? See what they repurchase and repurchase, what they have on a monthly delivery, what they buy on a whim, or maybe what they returned? Well here’s some of my recent Amazon purchases and what I thought about them…
1 striped pillow cases & pillow inserts // 2 USB fan // 3 portable heating pad // 4 swimsuit cover up // 5 dish towels // 6 body wash // 7 raffia like headband // 8 cellulose face sponges // 9 belly mask // 10 hot tools silicone pad // 11 book On Tyranny // 12 easy set timer
I added a bench to our front porch and needed to add some cute pillow cases! I found these stripped ones and added these pillow inserts. Love how it turned out! The pillow cases and inserts are good quality and exactly what I needed!
I’ve been running hot ever the entire time the bun has been in the oven and I knew that being in trial was going to be brutal when it started getting warmer so I bought this USB plug in fan. I’ve been using it the past few weeks in court and let me tell you, this little baby is a workhorse! 3 settings and relatively quiet, I’ve had it running during trial and no one has complained. Under $10 and I’ve already decided if it quits on me I’m going to order another one.
When I’ve been sitting for a while the baby starts pushing on my ribs and omg it hurts so much. I’ve been using a regular heating pad at home but I wanted to bring a smaller one on our babymoon and then I got to thinking, there has to be a portable heating pad right? I found this rechargeable on, I read the reviews and honestly wasn’t expecting much but it surpassed my expectations. I used it on the plane to and from babymoon and I’ve used it at work! The first charge is LONG but then it gets HOT. Like make sure you use it with a shirt or something between your skin and the pad. Oh and it also vibrates if you need a bit of a massage!
None of my swimsuit cover ups fit so I was going to buy one to take on babymoon and I saw this, ordered one size up and it was perfect. I really liked the stripes and how it’s cut, I am going to be using it even when I’m not pregnant. It’s affordable and easy to take on a beach trip!
I went through and edited our dish towels – you could say ruthlessly – and then was like oh dang did I got too far? We needed some new ones so I grabbed these waffle weave quick drying towels. Super cute and great for drying dishes!
Love this brand and when I was ordering my other body wash I saw this one and wanted to try it. Love the results of using the body wash for the past month! Would recommend any body washes from this brand!
I wore this raffia like headband at the beach and it was perfection for keeping my hair out of face and making my wet hair presentable because I brought zero hot tools on babymoon. It’s so cute for spring and summer and at $15 if you lose it or it gets destroyed on a trip you’re not going to be crying too hard.
For our trip I wanted to find some washcloths to bring to wash my face because I really hate hotel wash clothes, if they even have any provided, but I didn’t want those one and done face towels and the biodegradable ones I tried before were very scratchy. Enter these cellulose face sponges. They’re made from recycled materials and I bought the white ones because I didn’t want the dye.
Complete impulse purchase and zero regrets! I’ve used two of these belly masks and since baby is popping I will probably start using one per week in addition to all the other things I’m trying to keep stretch marks at bay. Not gonna lie, it was so weird the first time to put the mask on my belly, I kept thinking I needed to be putting it on my face ha! The second time I used one I grabbed a face mask and did it at the same time – multitasking!
I finally got so annoyed with the silicone mat that came with my curling iron and bought a new one. This hot tools silicone mat is double the size of my old one and doesn’t give me a heart attack when I don’t place my curling iron down perfectly. Should have bought this a year+ ago.
Saw this book: On Tyranny mentioned on a few IGs I follow and it’s a quick read and oh good lord so relevant. I think everyone could benefit from reading this!
These are the timers we use for our inside Christmas lights and tree. Since we were going to be gone for almost a week on our babymoon I wanted to make sure we left a light on but also didn’t want to it to be on the entire time. I ordered another timer to use in the house and I used the 5pm to midnight option. Super easy and gave me peace of mind!
Stay tuned for more Amazon purchases!
