After the Parents & In-Laws Gift Guide the most requested was for Guys. Which I completely get, I mean what do you get dudes? Well I put my detective skills to the test, got some help, and then took a poll from some other men, and finally got to the bottom of it. Here’s a gift guide for all the men in your life!
I asked TM for some help at first and received five ideas. One was socks and underwear (smh), one was ‘tools from Home Depot‘ (thanks for the specificity TM), and then one was $28k electric motorcycle… biggest eye roll ever. He was promptly dismissed from the guy’s gift guide brainstorm team.
Men are difficult to buy for, they either don’t care or they care too much or they have an interest that you really don’t understand and don’t know what to buy for it! I mean if you’re a golfer I know that my dad uses these golf balls but that’s about all I know!
However here are 22 gift ideas for men! You can click on all the items below.
Some of the gift guides coming up include: Hostess, White Elephant, Small Businesses, and Gifts Under $50! You can see all of them here or at the top under the Holiday section! Are there any other people you have trouble buying for, let me know!
This half zip comes in multiple colors and is incredibly soft. TM does own it and both he and I give it full marks across the board. The plaid flannel shirt is the only one of TM’s gift suggestions that did make it on the guide, props for that, but it’s really soft. The lounge joggers and the slippers (only $10!) are must haves if your guy is working from home now. The patagonia puffer will stay in his closet for ages.
If the guy you’re buying for likes to cook or grill check out the monogrammed BBQ carving platter, it has grooves to collect the juices from the meat. Add in the burger press so he can make jucy lucy’s (burger stuffed with cheese)! Look at the smart meat thermometer for the grill master and the meat brand which you can get in a one, two, or three letter monogram!
For the guys who are the most difficult to buy for here are my two suggestions: Get a book like this one about Whisky and then give it and a bottle of their favorite liquor or a gift card to a liquor store. Or one of the coolest gifts I always suggest for men is this bottle opener that’s made from actual MLB game bats. You can also get a bottle opener made from a NHL hockey puck!
