This Friday dress is so soft and lovely. It has the cap sleeves, great midi length, and easy tie waist. If your office leans more business professional than business casual you the cap sleeves might not be enough. Just a heads up to consider your office dress code, which, of course, I know you do! It comes in three colors (black, white, camel) and a print (stripes). I also ordered this dress, while there’s no sleeves so not a good Friday Dress, it’s a great layering dress for under a blazer in the summer!
