Here are my twelve most important picks from the month of February. Some of these I wasn’t expecting to have used as much as I did but February was very unexpected!
Texas had a snowstorm the weekend of Valentine’s Day and the repercussions were (and are still) long lasting. Freezing temperatures, ice storm, blizzards, burst pipes, stretches without electricity – it was crazy. We didn’t have water for days because our pipes froze so I ended up using these tea tree wipes for showers… way better than baby wipes!
Since basically the entire state was shut down, for all you northerners we don’t have snow plows or road crews that have the ability to salt the roads multiple times. We just don’t have that infrastructure because why would we right? So we watched a lot of tv – A LOT OF TV. When we had electricity that is.

I got serious about working out and bought another towel to use with the Peloton and I ended up purchasing a second towel of one I already owned because I love it so much. I needed some new socks and I randomly ordered a pair of these to try and I love them so much that I ordered three more pairs. They stay up at the heel, are comfortable, and retain their shape – sold.
For my Valentine’s Day date, that ended up getting cancelled, I broke out my tanning mist from summer and I wonder why I ever stopped using this! I love using it with this tanning mitt. These bath salts are something I’ve used since high school and I found myself taking more and more baths this month. Speaking of ride or dies this lip balm is the very best thing I’ve ever used on my lips. I use it overnight every day, it’s so soothing. I think I found this at a Bath & Body Works in probably 6th grade and I’ve used it ever since.
Some other things that I just used a ton this month are this kitchen platter. I’ve made so many charcuterie boards on this, it’s huge and can be used for serving food like that or for decoration. I also used up my work notebook so I needed to get another one and I went into the Erin Condren store at the Domain. I was able to find one that I liked but wanted a different color, they were able to place the order online and ship it to me with personalization!
Since our cold snap I’ve been wearing these tissue turtlenecks as layers for work and going out. I love layering them under a blazer for work! When I was thinking of what I used the most this month I wondered why I’ve never included my grocery tote! I got one like this in college and I use it every time I go to the grocery store. It holds it’s shape and carries the heavy stuff so it’s so worth it.
