Ahhh look, the elusive gift guide topic – Gifts for Parents & In Laws. You can maybe sometimes find something your mom or MIL will like off a Ladies’ guide or mayyyyybe something your dad or FIL will be okay with off the Guys’ list but there’s something about the parents and in laws that need a little extra something in their gifts right?
If you don’t have a mom who spouts off three things she wants for Christmas in one day (recently Jane literally told me she wanted a Keurig after I move mine out and a fly swatter in her stocking – weirdo) then you need this gift guide.
All of these suggestions are outstanding *brushes shoulders off* but here are my top five favorites. If your dad or father in law needs a fire pit but doesn’t want to clean one out or really have anything else except the firepit then he needs this smokeless firepit. Your mother needs this free standing towel warmer. I mean how often does she complain about how cold it is when she gets out of the shower? You’ll be the favorite child with that gift. If you need something affordable then look at these wood grilling planks! Each a different piece of wood and a different flavor you could maybe get a free dinner out of it when your gift recipient tests them out.
If your dad is a history buff then try signing him up for this monthly history subscription. He will get an envelope every month filled with copies of historical letters, diagrams, and other super interesting random history things. This is something no one will have heard of. I think the roomba vacuum is a great gift but sometimes I feel like certain people actually want to do the cleaning (odd ducks for sure). If you’re buying for one of those ducks then go with this cordless Dyson. They can even hang it on the wall so it’s within easy reach!
